I bought earrings with pearls and two weeks later a stone fell out of one and was lost, probably on the street. Question? Can I file a claim with the store, the product is not bent or deformed, probably the stone was poorly secured by the manufacturer.
This issue should be decided by an expert - perhaps the pearls are poorly secured, perhaps you slept in them and deformed them, perhaps they got wet - the glue has weakened.
