Exchange and return of products
Our jewelry “live” looks much better and more beautiful than in the photographs of our store.
We guarantee the quality of our products, therefore, in accordance with German e-commerce legislation and according to our AGB, within 14 days from receipt of the order you can:
1. Return the purchased product and get your money back.
2. Exchange one product for another.
3. If the size does not fit, change one size to another.
The items you return must be unworn, undamaged,and have the original label.
To return or exchange you must:
1. The product should be well packed in the packaging in which it came, or in other suitable packaging to prevent damage to the product during shipment.
2. Include a copy or original of the invoice for payment in the package.
3. If you want to exchange a product, write a note indicating what product you would like to receive in return, its size and cost. If the item you want is more expensive than the item you are returning, we will issue you an additional invoice for the additional cost. If the desired product is cheaper than the one being returned, we will compensate you for the difference in price. If the desired product is suddenly out of stock, we will contact you to agree on further actions.
4. If you paid for your order by bank transfer on an advance payment basis or cash on delivery (Nachnahme, valid for customers from Germany) and would like to return your money, write your first and last name correctly, your bank account number IBAN and BIC, the name of the bank.
The packaged product with a note inside must be taken to the post office and sent to our address by postage paid:
-For customers from Germany-
1. If the cost of the product does not exceed 500.00 euros, it can be sent as a registered letter (Einschreibenbrief mit Übergabe, cost 3.60 euros.) to our address - Auditor GmbH, Postfach 1109, 42478 Wülfrath.
2. If the cost of the product is more than 500.00 euros and less than 5000.00, it must be sent as DHL Paket
