On the central icon Presvyataya the Mother of God is depicted "In mourning and mourning Utescheie" surrounded by Saints John Bogoslova and Ionna the Predecessor. In the lower row the saints Reverend Anthony, Jephimi, Onufri and Sawwa are depicted. The left icon depicts Saint Spmridon and Saint Velikomuthennik Georgy Pobedonossets, while the right icon depicts Saint Nikolai Chudotvorets and Saint Velikomuthennik Dimitry Solyansky.
