We bought a ring, and on the second day the insert with stones and gold fell out of it as a result of a faulty product, no mechanical impact was exerted on it, the fallen part of the ring was lost. Can I get a refund for a defective ring, if any?
The ring must be examined by a specialist. If it is a manufacturing defect, you have the right to free repair, exchange or return. If this happened through your fault, all responsibility and all expenses lie with you.
