European and German sizes are the length of the inner circumference in mm.In Russia, the ring size is its internal diameter in mm.
To recalculate, you can use the correspondence table or the following mathematical formula:
From the mathematics course L=3.14D, i.e. Russian size must be multiplied by PI number (3.14) to get European size, and divide European by 3.14 to get Russian.
