2) Check the scale against the reference ruler.
3) Carefully cut out the strips with scissors.
4) Apply a small amount of paper glue as shown on the strip.
5) Match the 2 red lines and glue the strip.
6) Wait a few seconds for the glue to dry.
7) Try on the ring, the ring size is written on a black background.
If you want to give a ring and don't know the right size, you can jokingly ask to wear a paper ring and this way you will find out the size!
